Literary Folio, coming right up...

I made my Wix site initially, only as a way for me to privately share my portfolio for a job interview I had a few years back. I got the job. Naturally, because the site was intended only for that particular purpose, the site just floated around cyber space for quite some time.

After a series of what seemed to be most unfortunate events after deciding to leave that job, I started exploring again. This eventually led me to a string of proposals and pitches and interviews. For most of them, I needed to show some work. I wasn't particularly proud of anything I had done, so I decided not to share the site. I instead ended up making multiple "ad hoc portfolios". I got tired of having to go through my whole computer whenever I had to show some work, and thus, decided to put everything here, finally putting it to good use.

Now that the design part of the folio is up, comes another part I'll need to work on, the literature. I've started on one or two blogs before, only to have them end on the first post. The difference this time is, the previous attempts were on a personal whim. This, on the other hand, will have to serve me in a more therapeutic, and admittedly, financial capacity.

So, here's to the start of my literary journey. (crosses fingers)
